Return/Refund Policy


 Due to Co-vid 19

We are not accepting returns or exchanges.

Because of the nature of CO-vid 19 items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

If your order is damaged we will provide a 100% refund to our customers.

We just ask that you supply a photo via email or direct message on instagram of your damaged products  
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
